CANCELLATION + LATE POLICY

Salon Eight Nine asks that all clients give a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

50% of service cost will be charged if client notifies less than 24 hours of appointment and 100% of the service cost will be charged if client no shows or notifies day of appointment.

If client is more than 15 minutes late to appointment, 100% of service cost will be charged and you will be asked to reschedule.

Clients will not be able to reschedule with any stylist if balances are not paid. Thank you for understanding.

Extra Guest Policy

We ask that you do not bring children or extra guests with you to your appointment to prevent crowding. Please schedule for when you are able to come alone, otherwise you will be asked to reschedule.
